Labor day weekend at Fair Hills

Well we are back at Fair Hills after a year off due to Eloise's impending arrival last year. It was nice to be back. This year Harriet was really able to enjoy all of the activities they have for kids since she is 4 and the kid group is for 4-8 yr olds. She loved it. Horse rides, a water slide, bingo, a treasure hunt – she was in heaven.

This year since there were so many of us up there I decided to organize a group picture (no small feat) and it made me wish I had been taking one every year. I guess it is never too late to start a new tradition. It is fun to have documentation of everyone was is up there from year to year. This year we had a bigger group than usual and it was a ton of fun.
Our annual stop at the big pelican in Pelican Rapids.

Headed up to dinner at the dining hall.

 Learning to walk with Grandpa.
Harriet had a blast with my cousin's son Zach. He was so patient with her and they loved hanging out together.

 Winner at bingo!

 Ring toss in the lobby.

 Hollyhocks.

Pretty sure this sign has been up since before I was a baby.

 Horse ride with Cowboy Dan.
Giant water slide on the golf course.

Heading home we stopped at this sunflower field for a picture. Our heads in perfect descending alignment.
